I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 500 hours of professional coaching experience, working from an evidence-based foundation that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC), leadership psychology, and transformational and servant leadership principles. My work focuses on helping leaders think more clearly, regulate effectively under pressure, and translate insight into consistent behavior and execution.
Prior to coaching, I served as a United States Army Special Operations Soldier, retiring after a career that included service as a Psychological Operations specialist. In that role, understanding human behavior, influence, decision-making, and leadership under stress was essential—not theoretical. That experience continues to inform how I approach leadership development, communication, and performance today.
I am currently a PhD student in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and am completing the Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential. This combination of operational leadership experience, advanced academic training, and professional coaching practice allows me to work with leaders in a disciplined, ethical, and results-focused manner.
